The end of the project was updated, and modified to 2025.02.21.
Throughout the project, we enhanced the following technologies:
1. Automatic Storage
We acquired a STOPA automatic warehouse capable of storing 480 pallets of raw materials and semi-finished parts, providing support for our laser and panel bending machines.
2. Automatic Panel Bending (TruNend Center7030)
We invested in an automatic panel bending machine that efficiently loads semi-finished materials from the STOPA storage and performs bending automatically.
3. Automatic Laser Loading and Unloading
We purchased two LiftMaster Compact units for our TruLaser5030 machines, enabling them to load materials the STOPA storage and return semi-finished parts back to the warehouse post-cutting.
4. Tube Laser Processing (TruLaser Tube5000)
We can now cut pipes and tubes for the frames of bins using a tube laser, eliminating the need for manual cutting and drilling.
5. Automatic Robot Welding (Yaskawa Robot)
Following the bending process, robotic welding provides a fast and precise assembly method for the bins, ensuring consistent weld replication.
6. Renewable Energy
We invested in ten heat pumps to enhance the working environment for our employees.
7. Automatic Zinc Coating Line
To protect the inner parts’ surfaces, we implemented a fully automatic zinc coating line capable of covering parts measuring 1.5x1x0.5m.
8. Application for European Fairs
We applied to exhibit our products at Hannover Messe and EuroBLECH in 2024 to establish international contracts.
9. Communication Plan Creation
A professional training company mapped our organization and produced documentation and flowcharts.
10. Training for Digital Transformation
Due to the introduction of new machinery and exploration of Industry 4.0 technologies, we are training our workforce in new systems and techniques.
11. Marketing and Branding
To promote our products in Germany and Austria, we created a promotional film for our company and sought training in marketing techniques.
